“Without watermark” means no added branding
An Instagram image downloader without watermark should preserve the photo it retrieves. PostBoom saves the available image file without placing its own logo over it.
This is different from removing a watermark. A photographer’s signature, creator logo or caption baked into the pixels stays in the image. The tool does not crop or erase those details.
A downloaded photo is not the original camera file
The available source may have been resized or compressed before you download it. For your own photography, keep the original export as your master copy. Downloading cannot restore detail that is absent from the source.

Does this Instagram image downloader remove watermarks?
No. PostBoom does not add a watermark to the downloaded image. It preserves the source photo, including any creator signature, logo, username or text already embedded in it.
Which Instagram photos can I download?
Use a public photo or video post, or a Reel link. Private posts, Stories, profile pictures and mixed video carousels are not supported by this photo tool. Instagram may also restrict access to otherwise public posts.
Can I download an Instagram carousel?
Yes. Photo-only carousels have a separate preview and download for each image. Up to 20 photos and 64 MB per post are allowed. Mixed photo-and-video carousels are not supported.
Will I get the original image quality?
The tool retrieves an available image source returned for the post. That is not necessarily the creator’s original camera file. It does not upscale, sharpen or promise HD or 4K resolution. The maximum file size is 20 MB.
Do I need to log in to Instagram?
No Instagram login is required. Do not enter your Instagram password or session cookies. If Instagram requires login to access a post, the tool may be unable to retrieve it.
How do I save an Instagram photo on my phone?
Copy the post link, paste it here, and choose Get media. Review the preview, then select Download image. Your browser may save it to Downloads or Files, or show a save menu. You can then move the file to your photo library if your device supports it.
Why is my Instagram photo not downloading?
Check that the link opens a public photo post. Deleted posts, mixed video carousels, private accounts, expired source links, temporary Instagram restrictions and files larger than 20 MB can prevent a download. Try again later if the post is accessible.
Can I repost a downloaded photo?
Downloading a photo does not grant permission to reuse it. Download your own images or content you have permission to use, and respect any credit or usage conditions agreed with the creator.
