LEGAL
Terms of Service
Effective date: October 18, 2026
These terms govern your use of PostBoom’s website, social media scheduler, agency features and connected AI integrations, including Social Media Manager by PostBoom. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use PostBoom for a business or client, you must have authority to act on their behalf.
1. Who provides PostBoom
PostBoom is operated by FunnelStrategist LLC, 1209 N. Orange St, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA. Contact us at jude@thesalesfunnelstrategist.com for service, billing or legal questions.
2. Your account and workspace
You must be at least 18 years old to use PostBoom. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for the people you invite, the permissions you assign and actions you authorize in your workspace.
Connect only social accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Workspace access does not transfer ownership of a client’s social accounts or content. Keep your contact information and account connections up to date.
3. Scheduling and publishing
PostBoom lets you prepare, review and submit content to supported social platforms. You are responsible for checking the destination account, content, media, date, time, time zone and platform settings before confirming a submission.
Publishing depends on third-party platforms, connection permissions and service availability. Platform rules, supported formats and integrations may change. A scheduled time is a requested delivery time, not a guarantee of exact publication. We do not guarantee reach, engagement, sales or uninterrupted service.
Cancellation is effective only when confirmed. Disconnecting an account or AI application does not necessarily cancel posts already submitted, and does not delete content already published. Check delivery status before resubmitting a post whose outcome is uncertain.
4. Access purchases and publishing credits
The current standard offer is $129 USD for one-time workspace access with guided setup and 1,000 publishing credits included once per purchased workspace. The Agency / White-label offer is $249 USD for one-time agency access, with no publishing credits included. Publishing credit packs for either plan are currently $19 USD for 1,000 credits. The offer and applicable taxes shown at checkout govern your purchase. Creating an account alone does not grant paid access or credits.
One-time access is not a recurring subscription or a promise that PostBoom will operate forever. Publishing credits are separate from access. Future purchases may have different prices, disclosed before checkout; price changes do not retroactively change completed purchases.
Each post to one social account costs 1 credit, except posts to X, which cost 2. A follow-up comment costs 1 additional credit. Publishing the same content to several accounts incurs the charge for each destination.
Credits are reserved before submission and spent when publication is confirmed, including confirmed partial delivery. Reservations are released after confirmed failure or cancellation. If the delivery result is uncertain, the reservation remains held while the outcome is resolved. A credit release is not a cash refund.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Access and purchased credits depend on verified payment and fulfillment. Contact support if a confirmed payment is not reflected in your workspace.
5. Unused credits and refunds
Unused publishing credits are non-refundable. They remain in your workspace dashboard until you are ready to use them; inactivity alone does not cause them to expire. Their use remains subject to these terms and the availability of the service. Credits are for PostBoom publishing and are not a cash balance.
For access-purchase refund requests, duplicate charges, billing errors or service problems, contact us with your order details. These terms do not promise a general access-purchase refund window. Nothing in these terms excludes a refund, cancellation right or other remedy required by applicable law.
6. Agency and white-label features
Agency features are available only where enabled for your workspace. Agency owners are responsible for client authorization, member access and the claims they make to clients about the service. Branding does not grant access to a client workspace without the required membership.
Where agency billing is enabled, linked client publishing uses the agency’s credit balance. Authorized agency owners and administrators manage top-ups. Linked clients do not need to purchase separate $129 standard access. Creating or linking a client workspace does not create free credits.
Custom domains require ownership verification, compatible DNS routing, HTTPS and authentication configuration before activation. Requesting a domain does not guarantee activation. Agency branding does not transfer ownership of PostBoom’s software or grant rights to represent that you developed it. Separate written agency agreements, if any, govern additional agreed services.
7. AI applications and automation
You choose the accounts and permissions an AI application can access. Draft creation, scheduling and immediate publishing are separate permissions. Review saved content and explicitly confirm delivery before authorizing scheduling or publishing. You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and suitability of AI-assisted content.
PostBoom’s text-drafting integration does not itself generate or upload media. Connected AI services have their own terms and privacy practices. You can revoke an AI connection, but revocation does not reverse completed actions or necessarily cancel accepted publishing jobs.
8. Your content and permitted use
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You grant PostBoom and its service providers permission to store, process, format, transmit and publish that content only as needed to provide the service, carry out your instructions and meet legal obligations. You must hold the rights and permissions needed for the content, media, brands and personal information you submit.
Do not use PostBoom for unlawful content, infringement, fraud, impersonation, harassment, spam, malware or unauthorized access. Do not evade platform restrictions, compromise other workspaces or interfere with service security. Follow the rules of the social platforms and other services you connect, including advertising and disclosure requirements that apply to your posts.
9. Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed. Publishing sends content and relevant account information to our publishing providers and selected social platforms. Published content may become public according to your settings. You are responsible for giving any notices and obtaining any permissions needed for client or third-party information you provide.
PostBoom does not control third-party platforms, AI providers or their decisions to restrict accounts, remove posts or change their services.
10. Suspension, closure and changes
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats, unlawful activity or payment fraud. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and how to contact us to resolve it. These terms do not create an automatic forfeiture of unused credits on suspension.
You may stop using PostBoom and contact support to request account closure or data deletion. Before closing an account, review pending deliveries and retain copies of content you need. Closure does not automatically remove published posts from social platforms. Retention of records is described in our Privacy Policy; mandatory refund and other legal rights remain unaffected.
We may update the service and these terms. Updated terms will show a new effective date, and we will provide notice of material changes before they take effect where required by law. Changes do not retroactively remove rights attached to completed purchases.
11. Responsibility and legal rights
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that it will be error-free or meet every business requirement. Keep copies of important content and monitor publishing results.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer protections. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive your right to pursue remedies available under applicable law.
